Minimalist interior with a warm, dark and cozy-toned identity, designed for rental comfort.

This residential apartment, located in Sofia, Bulgaria, was commissioned with a clear objective: to design a stylish and refined living space suitable for short- or long-term rental. The client's request was to embrace a dark, elegant color palette, while maintaining a sense of minimalism and functional comfort.

Beyond the functional brief, the design process was driven by a desire to craft a home that feels inviting and emotionally grounding - a space that offers serenity, tactile warmth, and a subtle sense of sophistication.

The interior reflects a balanced blend of refined textures, low-saturation materials, and clean architectural lines, resulting in a moody yet cozy atmosphere. Every design decision, from the lighting setup to the spatial flow, was made with clarity and restraint, avoiding noise and unnecessary visual weight.

We’re currently in the final stages of implementation, and the apartment will soon welcome its first tenants. It’s always a pleasure to witness a project evolve from concept to reality, especially when the end result resonates on both a visual and human level.
