Royal Garden Apartment
Plovdiv, Bulgaria
A refined blend of Japandi serenity, Italian elegance, and soft minimalism, this apartment in Plovdiv’s Royal Garden Residential Complex was designed as a timeless home for a young family.
The project explores the balance between calm, functionality, and expressive detail. Inspired by the natural simplicity of Japandi aesthetics and the sophistication of Italian interiors, the space is shaped through clean lines, warm materials, and a restrained yet rich visual language.
From concept to completion, every decision was guided by a pursuit of harmony. Materials, textures, and lighting were carefully selected to enhance the atmosphere — creating a space that feels warm, tactile, and quietly luxurious.
Scope of work:
- Concept development and spatial planning
- Photorealistic 3D visualizations
- Technical documentation (electrical, plumbing, custom furniture detailing, quantity take-offs)
- Author’s supervision during project implementation
The material palette combines natural wood, mineral surfaces, and soft textiles, unified through subtle lighting and a cohesive spatial composition. The result is an interior where aesthetics and function coexist seamlessly, offering a calm and elevated everyday living experience.
