ABOUT DIMITAR
Born in 1989 in Peshtera, Bulgaria, he is a multidisciplinary designer working across interior, industrial, urban, event design and contemporary art with more than 13 years of professional experience. He graduated from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy (UACEG) and New Bulgarian University in Sofia, Bulgaria, where he developed a strong foundation combining spatial thinking, conceptual design, and technical execution.
Having grown up surrounded by nature from an early age, his approach to design and art is deeply connected to the exploration of environment, materiality, and transformation. The study of materials and the emanation of matter through transformation stand at the core of his personal manifesto of beauty — shaping a design language rooted in tactility, atmosphere, imperfection, and authenticity.
Throughout his career, he has developed and realized a diverse range of projects, including residential and commercial interiors, collectible design objects, urban concepts, stage sets for numerous of events, and contemporary spatial installations. His process often spans from initial concept and research to technical development, visualization, and final realization, combining artistic sensibility with functional precision.
Alongside his professional practice, he has participated in numerous exhibitions dedicated to collectible design, product design, and contemporary art installations. These experiences continue to expand his interdisciplinary perspective, allowing him to move fluidly between design, art, and spatial storytelling while creating meaningful and emotionally resonant environments and objects.
